If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we\u2019re here to help\u2014under the following conditions:<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Eligibility for Returns:<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Returns must be initiated within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of delivery.<\/li>\n\n<li>The item must be in <strong>original, undamaged condition<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n<li>The item must be returned in its <strong>original packaging<\/strong>, including any custom protective inserts, certificates, or labels.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Non-Returnable Items:<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Items that have been damaged, altered, or not returned in original packaging.<\/li>\n\n<li>Custom or commissioned artwork (unless damaged in transit).<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Return Process:<\/strong><br>To initiate a return, please complete this online form with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and shipping details. <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Shipping Responsibility:<\/strong><br>Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance.
